Purchases through Freemius

The Developer Kit is sold exclusively through Freemius, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius handles payments, applicable sales taxes and invoices. The purchase terms are presented in the Freemius checkout. Product support is provided by Ulf Paule.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right expires when the download begins if you have expressly consented in advance and acknowledged that you will lose this right. Freemius provides the applicable withdrawal information and requests this consent during checkout. See the EU consumer information for details.

This statutory right is separate from the voluntary 14-day refund policy shown at checkout for technical issues that cannot be resolved.
